                                                                                                                                                Visit of Valle dei Templi di Akragas, the valley of the Temples, an ancient Greek colony.

The Greeks initiated their empire by colonizing Sicily in the 8th century B.C. The visit, unique for its archeological value, includes the visit of 5 temples and a Roman necropolis.

Of particular interest are the Tempio della Concordia in which is embedded a Byzantine church and the Temple of Apollo, the second largest Greek monument ever built.
