The menus suggested by the owner Adele Adelfio Gagliardoare consistently composed of seasonal produce, following local tradition. The recipes of the Gagliardo ancestors provide a unique enogastronomic experience, spicing tradition with a touch of originality.
A fresh cheese filled sfoglio, enhanced with sugar, chocolate and cinnamon is a wonderful sweet-tooth conclusion to your meal. Sicilian wines are included in the price of your lunch or dinner.

Even a simple aperitif can turn into an opportunity to taste the riches of local farming: hazelnuts, cheese, olives and cudduruna (fried bread batter, served hot with salt and origano) blend nicely with a drink or glass of wine.

Summertime means exquisite strawberry granita (picked in nearby brush, naturally).
